We have been working hard on improving the ‘efficiency’ of our cow herd. For us, phenotype comes first, with all our females undergoing linear classification. Pedigree and figures will follow. With the improvements we believe we have made we have decided to offer a pick of the heifer of your choice from our Spring 2023 calf drop. It was a real bull calving with only 25% heifers so the quantity is down but the quality is there to see. We have 10 heifers to choose from. 6 are sired by Jarravale Pharaoh (PP) who has proven to be a real cow maker for us producing females with a phenotype built for longevity, great temperament and positive traits for calving, weights and carcase. 3 are sired by Loaderry Murphy.
